For more than a decade, we have been transforming gourds into decorative artwork that reflects creativity, skill, and attention to detail. What began when Christine Fillar discovered the unique art of gourd crafting grew from a personal interest into The Gourd Room, a creative studio known for handcrafted pieces enjoyed by customers throughout Pennsylvania and beyond.
Joined by Diana J. Pandolph, Vice President and base painter, we have built a creative partnership centered on artistic craftsmanship, originality, and the natural beauty of gourds. Together, we create artwork through hand painting, carving, wood burning, and staining techniques that highlight the character of each individual piece.
We also welcome custom requests, allowing customers to bring their own ideas to life through one-of-a-kind creations.
